Endive Filled with crab

This is a very light and refreshing appetizer and adds a very elegant touch to any party.
Ingredients:
1lb. crab meat picked over
1/4 – 1/2 cup of mayonnaise (I prefer a lighter more lemony taste)
1 celery stalk, small dice
1 1/2 Tsp of fresh dill, chopped fine
juice of 1 lemon (optional)
salt to taste
pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Figs, Stuffed with Fresh Mozzarella

Ingredients:
18 fresh black mission
18 small round mozzarella balls
18 thin strips of prosciutto
Tracy’s Jalapeno Wine Drizzle
Directions:
Fill the figs each with one mozzarella ball and wrap in prosciutto. Broil for a few moments until cheese is golden and bubbly
Remove from oven and drizzle with Tracy’s wine drizzle and serve!
