An informal get together with the Cafe et Croissants group. The white enamel top table was my Great Grandmothers. It gets moved all over from outdoor parties, to my garden house, and often as a little buffet table in our indoor garden room. The straight lines on it can look both old fashioned and modern. Underneath I seem to have a constant “mess” of books. I really need to get to that one of these days…oh there are so many more fun things to do.
A lovely group of women from around the World who meet monthly to speak French and visit with one another
The Fabulous Coco Luxe prepared a variety of delicious freshly baked croissants. There were raspberry and cheese, ham and cheese, plain, chocolate, almond. We also had a fresh fruit salad, fresh juice and coffee

The table inspiration was that of farmers and their wives gathering fruits and vegetables on a farm in Provence.
The Lilac dishes are vintage and part of The Paris House collection. The Farmer is a Santon from Provence.

When hosting an early morning get together (especially if you are a busy mom) no need to worry…just keep it simple and delicious

hmmm, I wonder what goodies they are finding in the orchard and lavender fields today?!!??
The lovely Dogwood trees were purchased at a Fo Castle Farms, a charming apple orchard in upstate New York, were I am originally from.
