I’ll be on Diva Radio today at 2pm and I thought it would be fun to go over a menu that would be just perfect for this Memorial Day weekend.
This is what I have planned:

steamed clams and Lobster with herbed butter, all herbs from my potager garden
desserts
smores over the fire
fresh fruit
a homemade pie, most likely strawberry rhubarb
drinks
homemade minted lemon lime ade
homemade minted lemon lime ade
spa water to drink all day long
fresh margaritas over ice, not frozen
That is one delicious sounding menu! Lucky guests. : )
Okay…after reading the menu Im about ready to take a plane to NY asap!!! LOL
The watermelon salad sounds wonderful and well, a little lobster never hurt anyone, hee.
